The top-right buckle is a "Sales Leader" award from 1985. While the other three don't specifically identify as awards, we're sure the original owners wore these with pride. :)
"BIG BLUE" 8040684 Video Processor

The 8040684 Video Processor was used in several of the Tandy 1000 series computers, including the 1000EX and 1000HX. This acrylic "Circle of Excellence" award was given in recognition of the circuit design.
Employee Service Anniversary Pins
Service Anniversary Pins were awarded to employees to recognize their time at Tandy and/or Radio Shack. We were advised that the gem colors align to the following anniversaries. However, we have at least one pin in the collection that doesn't fit this pattern.
1 Year: Plain Pin
5 Years: Red
10 Years: Pink
15 Years: Blue
20 Years: Green
25 Years: 1 Diamond
30 Years: 2 Diamonds
35 Years: 3 Diamonds
